PURPOSE:

FLIGHT is Milton’s peer mentor program for freshmen, CBI students and new students. We have 150 caring, diverse and enthusiastic upper classmen mentors.

The Freshmen FLIGHT program has three goals:

  1. Acclimate--help freshmen get acclimated to high school life and Milton.

  2. Relationships—create relationships so freshmen have an older classmate to go to with questions or advice.
